We provide each of our clients with a personalised transport website incorporating a journey planner, timetable and fare information and an online booking system.

Parents and pupils use our online booking system to book and pay for annual, termly and flexible travel.

Our paperless ticketing system uses encrypted QR-code style tickets to securely validate passengers’ travel entitlements. We also offer an RFID smartcard ticket option, which can integrate with many proprietary school smartcard systems.

Our self-service system makes managing a family’s transport needs simple. Our intuitive online parent portal and accompanying iOS and Android apps allow parents to quickly and easily book, cancel and edit their child’s travel bookings.

Parents can also log in and see exactly where their child’s bus is along its route, and they get alerts when their child gets on and off, giving vital peace of mind that their child is safe and their journey is going smoothly.

Our ad hoc transport booking system can help. We work with you to identify existing coach operators who you like to work with, and we also introduce you to new, high quality operators who have passed our stringent audit process. 

We complete audits at all of our operators, whereby a qualified Transport Manager reviews policies, procedures and paperwork to allow operators the opportunity to demonstrate that they are compliant with statutory requirements and best practice.

Once your transport network has been planned and perfected, you’ll want to shout about it! Our team of cartographers and graphic designers can help.

We can produce a range of brand collateral to promote your school’s transport services, including timetable leaflets, social media graphics and internal and external signage. We also recommend that we create a School Transport and Travel Guide to provide an overall summary of your school transport services, including your own bus, coach and minibus services and other public transport options if appropriate.

Our cartographer can also create diagrammatic network maps to visually communicate the coverage achieved by your school transport network. These maps are great accompaniments to other literature related to your transport services, and also look really good on a large scale roller banner at open days and other similar events.

Many of our clients come to us for consultancy advice first. We’re pleased to offer professional advice in relation to safe and compliant operation of school minibuses, general issues relating to risk management in a transport context, and of course bus / coach network and route planning.

We’ve deliberately avoided creating a fully automated route planning tool, because we believe that the best bus routes are planned by trained professionals with local knowledge. That’s why every consultancy commission we undertake starts with an on-site familiarisation phase. Our planners travel on each of your existing routes, and spend time travelling around the local area to gain a deeper understanding of the communities that you need to serve.
